Regions

Each region block in your config deploys its components to that cloud region. Use "global" for components that are globally scoped (Authentication, Email, SMS).

Components in a global region block are deployed to the provider's global service endpoint. On AWS this means us-east-1 for Cognito/SES/SNS. On Azure and GCP, global services are truly region-independent.
